Service To Humanity And Livelihoods Go Together

MPRLPMPRLP

We are fortunate to have found a knowledge in the form of Neurotherapy using which we can cure the poor families and thus render our service to humanity. This spontaneous observation of Ram Bharose Kudape a tribal youth from Barvai village of Mandla district represents the perception of new generation of tribal families. Ram Bharose recently received training in Neurotherapy from Dr. Lajpatrai Mehra's Neurotherapy Academy at Suryamal in Thane district of Maharashtra. After internship at the Rajgarh based Neurotherapy Training Centre, Ram Bharose wants to serve the rural people, who can not afford expensive medical treatment. Ram Bharose is one of the trainees selected from tribal districts by Madhya Pradesh Rural Livelihoods Project.

Ram Bharose says that the Neurotherapy is the best suited therapy for the rural pockets and is easily affordable. About the therapy, he says - "we had no idea that a disease could be cured by putting pressures on different parts of human body. After training, when we gave treatment to patients, we saw the results and our faith in the therapy was deepened. Now we have gained confidence that we could ably serve the rural masses and also secure our livelihoods as practitioner of the therapy. He further says that rural people are ignorant about the therapy but soon they would know it from the patients getting relief. He wants support from the senior practitioner of Neurotherapy.

Sakharam Waskale of Rajpur cluster in Badwani district suggests that people in villages must be informed about what is Neurotherapy. They would naturally prefer the Neurotherapy and start consulting its practitioners. I am thinking of getting advance training in Neurotherapy. I can now efficiently treat persons suffering from prolonged illness. Citing an example, he said that a patient was suffering from prolonged gastric trouble. I cured him. Some patients take time to respond while some respond quickly. The biggest advantage of Neurotherapy is that no drug is given to patients. Only some dietary prescriptions have to be observed, he adds.

Will Neurotherapy be acceptable in villages? Responding to this question, Rajendra Kumar Soni of Bhadgao in Shikarpur tehsil in Anuppur district, said that rural people must be informed about the merits of this therapy. I will make the beginning from my own house. I intensely desire to have complete training in naturopathy after Neurotherapy. When people will get relief, their faith in the therapy would increase and they will recommend the therapy to their near and dear ones.

Dilip Singh Patelia of Bamori village in Bargavan tehsil of Sheopur district had a different concern to share. He says that the in tribal pockets one hardly find a 10th or 12th class pass youth. I know well what problems I will face. Knowledge of Hindi and English both is a must to learn the Neurotherapy so as to understand the human anatomy and causes of different diseases. If a 10th class pass student wants to learn Neurotherapy, he or she should be asked to be with us so that would-be practitioner understands well what they would learn at the academy. This would make them confident and learning would be easy.

Citing the merits of Neurotherapy, Dr. Lajpatrai Mehra, who pioneered the concept informed that some parts of body are given pressure for a certain time to keep a chemical balance in body so that body is able to cure itself. He informed that the duration of pressure is important. Chemical imbalances in the body give birth to many diseases but body has all in-built corrective mechanisms. Santosh Kumar Singh of Chhirpani village in Anuppur district said that the Neurotherapy could treat diseases like low back pain, knee paid, allergy, asthma, cervical problems, sleep disorder, insomnia, hyper acidity, blood pressure, migraine, arthritis, blood pressure etc.

Gaya Prasad Chaudhari of Shahdol, Tikaram Khirse of Badwani, Dharmendra Jatav of Shyopur, Rajendra Soni of Anuppur, Vijay Singh Maravi of Kotasangwa in Mandla deeply appreciate the initiative of MPRLP saying that ''we are armed with a skill, which would support our economic base. It is a knowledge by which we would survive and lead life smoothly. Besides, Neurotherapy for us is a medium to serve humanity.

Meanwhile, a report from Kotasangwa village in Mandla district says that people in the village are happy to have Mahesh Kumar Uike as Neurotherapist. On Republic Day, when Gram Sabha had a special meeting, Mahesh Kumar Uike received commendation from all members. Sarpanch, Panchas and others urged him to describe about the Neurotherapy. Mahesh Kumar informed in detail about how the therapy cures illness without any drug and why body responds to external pressures. While Mahesh Kumar was describing the characteristics and merits of Neurotherapy, a person suffering from chronic constipation for last 15 years stood up and narrated how he was treated and now getting relief. In fact, three days back the person had consulted Mahesh Kumar and got himself treated.

The Gram Sabha decided to fix consultation fee at Rs. 10 per patient. If patients get relief, the fee would be increased. The Gram Sabha also decided to encourage Mahesh Kumar open a clinic in the village with the help of Gram Sabha. After the Gram Sabha meeting, the Government and MPRLP officials present there requested villagers to inform their relatives and friends about Mahesh Kumar.
